PAYMENT:
Payment is due at the time of purchase We accept the following forms of payment:
*Paypal- All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted thru this service.
*Visa and Mastercard- We can accept these online if your shipping address matches the billing address of your card.
Sales Tax: Washington State residents pay sales tax which is now based on destination. Tax charges will be adjusted according to your county rate.

Customer information is collected to process your order. We respect your privacy and assure you that this information will not be given or sold to any third party without your permission.
SHIPPING:
All in-stock items will usually be sent within 12-48 hours of payment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Packages are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 2-4 days for delivery. Heavier packages may be shipped by Parcel Post or with an alternate carrier.

INSURANCE: We strongly encourage you to purchase insurance as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage during shipping. You will have the option to purchase insurance during check out.
RETURNS AND DAMAGES:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit or refund, minus any shipping charges. We accept authorized returns postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Please send an email to obtain an authorization code and tell us why you were not happy with the product. Merchandise must be returned to us in its original condition, all labels intact and in its original packaging. For your protection, insurance is required for the full value of your return.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on candles or bath products.
